QPR Suicide Prevention Training

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. It is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. QPR is the most widely taught Gatekeeper training in the world. The QPR program can be customised for public and for professionals who are hoping for more advanced knowledge.

Who Should Attend

Anyone (21 years old and above) who wishes to help and prevent suicide (e.g., parents, friends, neighbours, teachers, coaches, caseworkers, police officers).

Certificate and CE hours

100% attendance required to be awarded the E-Certificate by QPR Institute and 4 NBCC CE hours.
