Trauma-Informed Certification

To be trauma-informed, one must acknowledge the widespread existence of developmental trauma and accept that a majority of individuals have a history of trauma. A trauma-informed approach involves acknowledging that many behaviours and symptoms may stem from traumatic experiences.
